About OBAK Foundation

Founded in honour of Queen Mother Ohemaa Bea Adamu Katakyie. Our foundation is dedicated to empowering youth and supporting families across Ghana through sustainable community action and lasting change.

The OBAK Foundation was established to honor the legacy of Queen Mother Ohemaa Bea Adamu Katakyie wife of Nana Adamu Katakyie III. Zongo Paramount Chief of Akuapem south, a visionary leader who dedicated her life to uplifting her community and empowering the next generation.

Her unwavering commitment to education, family values, and community development continues to inspire our work today. Through her example, we learned that true leadership means serving others with dignity, compassion, and unwavering dedication.

Today, we carry forward her vision by implementing programs that address the most pressing needs of Ghanaian communities, focusing on youth empowerment, family support, and sustainable development initiatives.
